How to prepare
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Add 900 ml water to 1000gm mung bhajji mix.
- Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, green chillies & corriender leaves.
- Heat oil in the frying pan for frying the bhajji.
- Make small rounds of the mixture and fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.
Ingredients:
Mung dal, Vegetable oil, Edible salt, ginger powder, Coriander seeds, spices.
Store in cool, dry and hygienic place.
