How to prepare

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. In a medium sized vessel empty 1000gm idli mix and add 1500 ml water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
2. Put oil on the idly vessel and mix the mixture & pour the mixture in each circles.
3. Put this in a steamer and steam it for 15 minutes and then keep it aside for cooling.
4. After cooling remove the idlies by hand. Pour the mixture again as done prevoiusly for the next round of idlies.
5. Serve hot with Sambhar and Chuttney.

Ingredients:

Rice, Urad dal, Edible salt, Citric acid, Sodium bi carbonate Maida, Calcium carbonate.
