METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Mix 2800 ml of water to 1 kg Rava Dosa premix in a medium sized vessel and make a smooth batter. Add some jeera and chopped curry leaves.
2. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
3. Make Rava dosas / uttapam out of this batter.
4. Serve this with Sambar and coconut chutney
