How to prepare

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Dissolve contents of the pack in 1200 ml water to make a smooth batter in a medium sized vessel. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Add finely chopped kaddi patta and jeera in the batter.
3. Heat the oil in Kadai till a small portion of the batter comes up quickly on the surface when added to oil
4. Form batter into flat rounds on wet hands and deep fry in oil over low flame till golden brown in color.
