How to prepare

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  1. Add 900 ml water to 1000gm mung bhajji mix.
  2. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion, green chillies & corriender leaves.
  4. Heat oil in the frying pan for frying the bhajji.
  5. Make small rounds of the mixture and fry till golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce & green chutney.

Ingredients:

Mung dal, Vegetable oil, Edible salt, ginger powder, Coriander seeds, spices. 

Store in cool, dry and hygienic place.
