KWICK RAGI IDLI MIX (1kg)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- In a medium sized vessel empty 1kg idli mix and add 1500 ml water. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Grease the idli vessel with oil & pour the mixture in each circle.
- Put this in a steamer and steam it for 15 minutes and then keep it aside for cooling.
- After cooling remove the idlies by hand. Pour the mixture again as done previously for the next round of idlies.
- Serve hot with Sambhar and Chuttney.
