REFUNDS & RETURNS

Returns will not be available if the order product & quantity is delivered.

In case of receipt of damaged product, please report the same to our Customer Service team within 5 hours of receipt of the shipment.

The Customer should provide adequate information (including photographs) so Span Food scan take it up with the Courier Company.

Refund Process: 
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund and it will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Replacement Policy:
Replacements are only available after approval from our end,
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per the refund policy,
Within 2-3 business days we will pick up the old product & deliver the new product within 3-5 business days.

How to Initiate a Return?
Email us at info@spanfoods.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
Ship the product back using a reliable courier service (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility).
After approval from our end for the return of the product you need to send back the product within 3-5 business days on the address provided by us with you on mail.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before shipping of the order. Cancellation requests will also not be approved for products that the Span Foods marketing team has obtained for special occasions like Holi, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

For product replacements, the customer will be shipped a new packet of the same product. In case the same product is not available, an equivalent product will be shipped after discussion with the customer.
