How to prepare

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Mix 180 ml of water to 200gm Dosa premix in a medium sized vessel and make a smooth batter.
2. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
3. Make dosas / uttapam out of this batter.
4. Serve this with Sambar and coconut chutney.

Ingredients:

Rice, Urad dal, Edible salt, Citric acid, Sodium bi carbonate Maida, Calcium carbonate.

Store in cool, dry and hygienic place.
